Kuvaus: Hybrids are common in area (..and is not excluded from this individual). According to Howell and Dunn (in book:Gulls of the Americas) very pale grey wingtips and pale eye indicates possibly hybridisation. This species hybridises with Glaucous Gull. Eye seems to be quite dark, but wingtips are quite pale. Recently, this species has been recorded in Norway as new species.. not very far away from Finland.
